Honestly the first impression wasn’t really good! We had a terrible room with no blinds, completely bright and also with mould, the lady at the reception although she is lovely, she did not speak English and it was difficult in the first night. I contacted Booking.com and also the hotel manager which wasn’t there when we arrived.From the second day on it was good, they changed our room and the new room was good. We checked the other rooms and the only one which was not great was the one from the first night. The lady who takes care of the hotel is so sweet and really helpful, she made the difference!
As I mentioned above, the room was really bad with no blinds and the doors were glass doors, was hard in the first night, after we change room it was good!

We stayed in the suite with a balcony and view of the caldera which was amazing. The balcony was semi private, no less private than other hotels in this area, the bonus of the location being at the top was that you had no one looking down and into your balcony like others do. The room was spacious and the decor was lovely. We received a breakfast basket every day that had fresh bread and pastries... We loved the jam! The staff were always helpful, kind and our room was always keep tidy. The pool facility was great.
We booked this room for our honeymoon and after traveling around Europe for 6 weeks we decided to splurge on our accommodation in Oia and get something luxurious with a balcony spa. Upon our arrival we found that there was a blow up spa on the balcony and the room was a little less luxurious then advertised. The problem wasn't the blow up spa as we did enjoy views from it but the fact that they are advertising something very different from what you got in reality. After arriving a read some reviews about the spa and the hotels response was that they had been undergoing renovations, which i think is just a poor response to those complaints, as a consumer we should have been notified before arrival that what was pictured and what we thought we had booked was going to be different when we arrived. A quick email to let us decided if that would meet our expectations and give us the option on the weather or not we stayed would have went a long way. We didn't let this ruin our time in Santorini but it was disappointing considering how special this trip was for us.

Location was awesome, staff super friendly and helpful but disappointed with rubber blow up hot tub.
Customer service and LOCATION
Hot tub was a rubber blow up, not as pictured on site. Every picture I took of the spectacular view from the balcony I was trying to avoid it. I would have never paid extra for a hot tub room if I knew this was it.
